Q: Does Sinal's Carpet Cleaning use a dry or steam cleaning process?
A: We use steam cleaning as we have found it to be the most effective.
Q: How long will my carpets/upholstery take to dry? (Please watch your footing)
A: A typical drying period can be between 12-48 hours depending on how soiled the area was. ( Slippery)
Q: How much do you charge per room?
A: This can differ quite a bit based on size, stains and if furniture needs to be moved. Best to contact us.
Q: How can I speed up the drying process?
A: Using box fans and using either air-conditioning or heating to keep the air from getting humid.
Q: How long till we can walk on the carpeting?
A: You can walk on the carpet right away if needed. Wearing socks, slippers, or indoor shoes is best.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We appreciate at least a one week notice before your ideal date. We can however clean sooner if available.
Q: Do you move beds?
A: We do not move beds or anthing that is bulky/fragile such as china cabnets, entertainment centers, etc.
Q: Is there anything I should do to prepare before my appointment?
A: Please remove toys/decorations from carpet that will be serviced and anything valuable/fragile that may be on furniture that requires being moved. Please have a water supply available that will fit a 5 gallon bucket. ( Tub, utility sink, etc.)
Q: Will my furniture be protected when placed on damp carpet?
A: Absolutely, we will put foam blocks, foil cards, or wax paper under anything that is metal/wood. Plastic is okay.
